TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The test and registration are free of charge, but students must pay in advance for a minimum of 5 classes.
- There will be no refund given for cancellation if a student decides not to attend once payment for a course has been received, unless there are exceptional circumstances such as long term illness, and any refund, including the amount, will be at the discretion of the school.
- The school is not liable for refunds or damages where it is unable to fulfil its contractual obligations, in the event of circumstances beyond its control, unless a student has paid for classes in advance, and the school is unable to start the course within a month of the agreed date of the first class. If this occurs, the student will receive a full 100% refund of the advance payment. If the school is unable to continue a course within a month of the last class a student attended, the student will receive a full 100% refund for the classes he or she has not yet attended.
- Most classes are 2 hours and 20 minutes long, and normally include a break of 5 to 10 minutes at the discretion of the teacher. However, when there are only a few students in a class, the duration of the class is different.

- The school reserves the right to close for short holiday periods of up to 3 weeks, but will give a minimum of 1 month's notice that it intends to do so.
- All classes must be completed within a period of time which is called the Course Period. Any classes which have not been used by the end of the Course Period will no longer be valid and there will be no refund for these classes.
- All students must be at least 16 years old on the day of their first class.
