TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The test and registration are free of charge, but students must pay in advance for a minimum of 5 classes.
- For every 10 classes paid in advance, students will receive one of these classes free of charge.
- There will be no refund given for cancellation if a student decides not to attend once payment for a course has been received, unless there are exceptional circumstances such as long term illness, and any refund, including the amount, will be at the discretion of the school.
- The school is not liable for refunds or damages where it is unable to fulfil its contractual obligations, in the event of circumstances beyond its control, unless a student has paid for classes in advance, and the school is unable to start the course within a month of the agreed date of the first class. If this occurs, the student will receive a full 100% refund of the advance payment. If the school is unable to continue a course within a month of the last class a student attended, the student will receive a full 100% refund for the classes he or she has not yet attended.
- Most classes are 2 hours and 30 minutes long, and normally include a break of 10 to 15 minutes at the discretion of the teacher. However, when there are only a few students in a class, the duration of the class is different, and the break would normally be 5 to 10 minutes long.
